No disrespect as I'm sure the car is as nice as you say it is but $65900 is a bit high

Despite the gorgeous color combo I'm gonna have to agree. I'm local and I'd definitely be interested in taking a look if the price was right. Might light a fire under my A$$ to sell the Supra. I need a comfy commuter car.

yeah... No disrespect either. But is it REALLY for sale? Or is it just listed. There is a difference.

I mean that asking price isn't even close enough to talk about.. If you list it for that, you wont even get offers. Miles are high, right color though..

The market is, what the market is.. A fire sale here and there wont determine that, in either direction. I think everyone is just trying to give him a heads up, to revise that price. Or plan to hang on to it. Keeping in mind, the whole time he is "sitting" on it, waiting for the right buyer that may never come. The car is going to continue to depreciate.

You never know, I just sold my 2002 C32 for over $30,000! People thought that I was smoking weed but I got the full asking price. I agree his mileage is a bit high for a 2006 which will be the big sticking point.

Hey,I agree with you 110% but unfortunatley it's the truth.

Best thing would be (imo) to take the mods off&put back to stock. Then you can recoup some of the money spent on the aftermarket parts by selling them separately.Just a thought.
Good luck either way

+1 on that, the market on these cars is extremely soft. Hell try to trade it in and see what you will get, I bet low to mid $50's. It is truly sad but what can you do but bit the bullet. I've been trying to sell mine not very hard but still an 04 55 heavy optioned 40k mikes for $41k still under warranty and no takers. Dealer offered me wholesale at $35k. So good for the buyer bad for the seller.

I wish but not sure if I can handle the loss on mine. If I can sell it pp then absolutely, but there just seems to be very few buyers out there right now willing to pay $40k for a used car with 40k miles.

Thats a VERY realistic number for your 04'. Im shocked you still have it...

On the 06' in question. He should probably be in the high $50's(asking). But prepared to "consider" offers in the mid-$50's. I hate to say it. But that car would probably only do high $40's at Auction b/c of the miles.. MAYBE low $50's because of the color, and options.

Im on my 2nd 211 E55. And my 5th AMG product. I just bought an Alabaster white 2005 with 3200 miles on it. So believe me, I know the deal... There is nothing like these cars performance wise. But when its time to sell. Watch out!!

I'm going to have to agree with everyone here and say that your asking price is too high. I don't even think the dealer can sell it at that price if they were selling it at retail. Don't get me wrong, your car is beautiful and is a very rare color, but AMGs just don't have a good re-sale value. This is true even for the newest model cars. I think now one can buy a used 2008 E63 with a few thousand miles for $70k

Non CPO for $66k?? You can get a 2008 for $80K and after driving it off the lot it's worth $70K at best. Plan on getting like $56K at best.

Here is a Certified 2008 e63 w/ 7K miles on it for $62,991, wow!

That's actually a typo. It is an E550 not an E63, but that would've been one heck of a deal though

2006 WHITE RENNTECH E55
Its Just An Asking Price But.....

Im in the car business going on 11 years and If you know anything about these cars is that if you want white w/ pano with all the options your gonna pay. The last time I put it up forsale I had at least 5 serious buyers that met up with me and saw the car and were all fighting over who was going to take it.(about 3 months ago) I wound up not selling it to any of them because around the same time my old college buddy was home from PA. and I stupidly gave him first dibbs on the car. A week later of running credit and he couldnt get approved on the loan so in stead of calling everyone back I just held on to the car. The problem is that your comparing this cars price to the lowest prices that you find on the internet, not realizing the higher priced cars are getting sold left and right. Just the other day there was a post for a E55 going for $55,900 with 36k miles and everyone was saying how there must be a mistake or that the car has frame damage cause it was soo cheap but Im not that far away. Yea you can find a silver one for less money but if you can consider seeing yourself driving any other color than white then this car is not for you. Also not everyone has thousands to spend on Renntech upgrades that add about 5hp per $1000 you spend. It is alot easier to make one simple payment. The thing is that the car is so perfect and its such a head turner that I have no problem keeping it forever but I want to sell it cause of my wife. Because of her nagging *** I never get to enjoy the car like one should. But Ill tell you what, find me the same car currently forsale, white and all with the same options for cheaper and I will lower the selling price.

With that being said, just contact the 5 buyers who were fighting over your car.Being that you say it's a highly desirable/rare color combo it's doubtful those 5 people found the exact car your offering for sale&I'm sure they are still looking for one.
I'm not in the car business but I don't need to be to tell you that modifications are completely up to personal taste. Not everyone wants/nor wants to pay for hi performance mods on a used car.So that may actually lower the value of the car in some peoples eyes.
Like I said before;Good Luck either way
