Thread life on CONTI tires for E63

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but are these tires all weather ? How long before I need to change the rear tires?

2008 Mercedes Benz E63 AMG, 2017 Porsche Macan S
The car comes standard with Summer Tires. They are not All Season. I put Michelin Pilot X-Ice Winter Tires on, and will swap back to the Summer Tires in the Spring. It snowed this past week in the Seattle area, and I did just fine in about 4" of snow. It's the other idiots I have to watch out for....
Conti makes an All Season performance tire too.
