It Makes Sence To Me Because an SL55 AMG is Special in its Own Right!

Not to Mention it will Be Funny when My Little Kompressed SLV8 TT Dominates Every SLV12 TT!

Dont you this coulld be cause their transmission programmed to accept all the torgues is makes ???

May be with proper TCU which does not have torgue limiter 60fts would be better ???

I use to think that but nobody with a tcu has posted a better 60ft. I now believe it has to do with the v12 engine making so much torque when you power brake that it's raising the stall on the converter allowing for harder launches.

The way I see it the only option is a looser torque converter, keep it a lockup-style like now but higher stall. Fuel economy in the city will suffer but it could also help to mask supercharger engagement, just thinking out load.

Hey Victor, I saw that vid of you (must have been, your car is unique) against that insane Lada. That must have been a crazy thing to see!

What I like about the v12's are those bad *** 60ft's on dr's and they definitely take less to initially mod but so do all turbo cars.

Chipped 65's are capable of 750lb-ft torque at the wheels and 10-second 1/4 mile times without nitrous. Without Nitrous, the highest torque 55 engine can make is around 550lb-ft... 200 less than 65 and low 11's in the 1/4 mile. There is a reason the world record for the fastest (225mph) 4-door car is a Brabus CLS with a V12 engine swap. If they could've achieved that record with 55 engine, I doubt they would go all out and swap the engine.

550lb-ft is Not the Highest Torque a 55 Engine can make Without Nitrous. 550lb-ft was All that the Engine Builder Made for that Particular 55.
Barbus did the V12 Engine Swap because it's Easier to get More Power, but that Doesn't Mean One can't with a 55. Stay Tuned!

Any e55 with over 500+ rwhp will make 570+ torque, not sure where you got the 550 max number.
The reason Brabus decided to go that route because it was easier for them to do an engine swap than develop a larger blower or make it turbo.

RFLOW has the fastest Benz in the 1/4 mile and its a 55, it runs what it runs and the 55k with nos is faster than a chipped 65

I Just Have This Weird Feeling That My Heads Might Be Finished A little Faster Than I Thought.

On a Side Note, I Did Add a Small Addition to the List Of Mods.
I'll Let Victor or Vadim Comment On It Whenever They're Ready.
