The way I see it the only option is a looser torque converter, keep it a lockup-style like now but higher stall. Fuel economy in the city will suffer but it could also help to mask supercharger engagement, just thinking out load.

Lotus Elise SLK55
I'm not sure I can totally agree with that, a stock 65 is lucky to make 500 rwhp stock and 570 with a chip. There are several modded 55's over 500 rwhp with 4 less pistons and a horsepower robbing blower.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
What I like about the v12's are those bad *** 60ft's on dr's and they definitely take less to initially mod but so do all turbo cars.

Chipped 65's are capable of 750lb-ft torque at the wheels and 10-second 1/4 mile times without nitrous. Without Nitrous, the highest torque 55 engine can make is around 550lb-ft... 200 less than 65 and low 11's in the 1/4 mile. There is a reason the world record for the fastest (225mph) 4-door car is a Brabus CLS with a V12 engine swap. If they could've achieved that record with 55 engine, I doubt they would go all out and swap the engine.

Barbus did the V12 Engine Swap because it's Easier to get More Power, but that Doesn't Mean One can't with a 55. Stay Tuned!

The reason Brabus decided to go that route because it was easier for them to do an engine swap than develop a larger blower or make it turbo.

I use to think that but nobody with a tcu has posted a better 60ft. I now believe it has to do with the v12 engine making so much torque when you power brake that it's raising the stall on the converter allowing for harder launches.
The way I see it the only option is a looser torque converter, keep it a lockup-style like now but higher stall. Fuel economy in the city will suffer but it could also help to mask supercharger engagement, just thinking out load.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Nothing from My End.
Last I know, The Heads Were on Their Way to Canada to be Turned Into Stage III Heads.
The Enlarged Ferrea Valves Take 4-5 Weeks to Come In and it takes 1 Week to Complete the Stage III Heads.
I Just Have This Weird Feeling That My Heads Might Be Finished A little Faster Than I Thought.![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
On a Side Note, I Did Add a Small Addition to the List Of Mods.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I'll Let Victor or Vadim Comment On It Whenever They're Ready.![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
