Good question.
The VRP Pulley is almost the biggest that will fit and I’m staying loyal to VRP, so in no way will I use another tuner’s bigger pulley. However, I’m not worried about there being an issue or limiting factor because VRP has all the bases covered. Sorry Rotex, but for some weird reason I can't seem to recall what I was told at this time.
Stay Tuned!

Update

Well guys, the 5.7L bottom and stage 3 heads has been assembled with my stock intake and exhaust parts, transplanted into my SL, and has logged about 300 miles so far. It's running great and Vadim said that even with the stock boost, intake, and exhaust; he can feel a difference with the bigger cams and displacement. I believe he might dyno it soon to get base line numbers. Then he will add the VR700 mods and then dyno to achieve the custom tune and find out how much power he can squeeze out of her. Next week he starts installing the mods and fabricating the new bigger style longtube headers, straight pipes, and gutting my stock mufflers. Right now he is making custom stainless steel brake lines. Stay tuned!
BTW- Vadim had my wheels refinished and straighten and also fixed my front bumper which was cracked and had chips. My wheels and bumper look better than new! Great job Vadim!

Here is the baseline dyno Vadim posted on the VRP 5.7L Engine Build thread.

Blue run is stock E55, Red - Havoc.

TQ limiting cuts in and dumps fuel and pulls timing, so both cars make the same HP, but 5.7L has 40 ft.lbs. more TQ from extra displacement and better flowing heads.

Long tube headers, X-pipe, opened up exhaust, more boost, 80 mm TB and tuning are next.

Would have been nice to see a stage 1 (550) ECU flash on stock 5.7 to see what it ran like with out TQ limiters. But great results from S3/cams/heads and larger displacement.
