Vehicle Rising Malfunction

03 E55 35,000kms on the clock. Have had since Dec 07. Problem I have is that occasionally I get the 1 Malfunction Vehicle Rising Warning, which usually comes on under hard acceleration. My suspension is always set to the hardest (two red light) setting. Everything on the car is stock. No lowering modules (that’s first mod on my list) or washers. Is this a common problem? Any help appreciated.

Mines an '03 with 70k on it. Never seen that fault, but I drive on 'no light' or one light, usually.

I've used to get this malfunction when I had my car really low and I would hit a lot of bumps. I have raised my car about an inch since and I no longer get this at all. When I used to get it, it would reset when I shut the car off and restarted it.

I have a small issue

right now I'm having an issue with my lights.. one light is pointing higher than the other..

I have adjusted them.. but then after a few days.. the light is pointing too low.

I have 2 issues with my car..

my battery died a few weeks ago and its just barely has enough amps.. probably need a new one soon.

also I have a replacement tire on my drivers rear.. since one of PS2 tires was ripped.

The tire size is 275/40 and 275/35 18's.

I'm thinking..

suspension is adjusting for the larger tire
suspension does not reset due to low battery power ( my key less go is not working either)

or my lights don't level to low battery..

my plan of action is to, find a replacement tire, change the battery, take the dealer.

Did you replaced both rear tires and just the one? If you up the size on just one rear tire you will wind up your diff. That is also why one headlight would be lower than the other. That’s not what you did…… is it?

So are you saying you can't get it up?

HAHA No Im not saying that Seinfeld. Im assuming that was for comedy value only but for the record it (the car ) all works fine. I just get the malfunction light but it all works fine and like you JDM SXE-10 it all resets when I turn off the ignition and it might not happen again for a few days. Its not lowered though.
