which side and how much lower?

if it's the passenger side rear that's 1/3" lower it's epidemic among the e series and there's not much that can be done.

if it's the front and one side is drastically lower then you need to check the elbows on that sensor arm and make sure it's pointed in the right direction.

How much lower? and what kind of links? I had the same problem, I have TWS adjustable links and I adjusted the low side one complete turn up and the front is the exact same height on both sides. Before it was almost 1/4 in. difference.

I went nuts yesterday trying to figure it out and I put the car back to stock and it was still not even on both sides....... so I then put the links back on and just adjusted one side more out then the other so now its even.

I'd be careful with oddballing the sides. A little is no issue, but going to extremes with your suspension to make up for chassis deltas may not be the best thing for the car.
