Kleeman may be telling their clients that they have cracked the code, but lets see some evidence. WE had to throw it back to the tuners and prove it wasn't just in our imagination so now why not ask for a little data in return? Vadim@VRP generated pages and pages of datalogging and at least 10 dyno runs to get their tune cracked and tuned. I've seen the numbers (as have many of you) and I feel them everyday.

I'd only go with a smaller pulley without a tune. If you go big, you may as well take advantage of the tune.
Regardless, the day will come when that TQ limiter is going to be in your way. Is it a feature they added to save the trannys? I think so, but I expect that. The released power is AMAZING.

I had no issues with my Evosport C32 ODPS... and infact Code3 just released his KOMPRESSOR PULLEY (smaller than stock) that boost the performance another 20RWHP and 25RWTQ and takes like 5-10 minutes to install.
The ECU is able to adapt quickly and you feel the power down low and up top... I know since I BETA tested his pulley on my car.
I respect VRP and they way they do business. Victor and Vadim know cars.. and not just MB.
But price is my hold up.

This is exactly what happened to Shawn's E55 and Ken's S55 after adding the ASP pulley. Shawn's car gained 40 rwtq but lost 20 rwhp while Ken's S55 gained almost 50 rwtq but lost only 4 rwhp. Both cars were stock, and I'm not sure why they acted differently, but both cars did lose hp after adding ASP pulley without ECU

My car picked up 50rwtq when I added the asp pulley to my car without ECU however I lost 20rwhp. Some of this loss might be due to heatsoak because I didnt have my larger heat exchanger on at the time. All you guys are feeling is the torque if you dont have the ECU. Im tempted to put my car on the dyno again with the h/e but its not worth the money to me, the car dosent feel any faster anyway. Once I get a ECU ill get it back on the dyno.

Real Cars
I am going to be trying out Jerry's/LET's software on my E55. I have a VRP pulley, CPT cooling kit, and drop in K&Ns. I dyno'd my car stock, dyno'd with pulley/cooling/filters, and this week will be dyno'ing with LET software on top of it all. So far pulley/etc meant +45rwtq, +0rwhp
I am not totally sold on LET but my shop (CPT) recommended giving him a shot and I was able to meet Jerry so I want to see how it works out. If the power looks good, I will keep his software, if not I will be trying VRP. I have been talking to Victor a long time and I originally was going to use his stuff but my shop convinced me to give LET a whirl "risk free", so I obliged.
I will be posting my results this week, stay tuned.

Marcus - I'm glad that you like how the car turned out! I think after we sit down and talk, we will be able to safely squeeze a little more power out of that beast.
LET was using Evotech software in the past but has since upgraded to our own tuning solution that allows us to better serve our clients.
I apologize for the lack of information on the website, but we are just now starting to get data back on all the recent tuning we have done. Just in the past few weeks, we have tuned numerous cars, including E55's, C55's, C32's, SRT6's, etc. Most of them are local and all of them have noticed the gains right away.
Our goal is simple. We want to remove the mystery from tuning our cars. We don't want to hide behind our code either. It still amazes me how the Japenese car guys know exactly what amount of timing they are running at any given point and we have no clue.
We will have some dyno numbers from various cars for everyone real soon. We will also update the website with all the info soon!
Thanks!
