As far as the warranty goes if you go into the dealer with it they probably will try to pull that voiding thingy...I plan to keep my stock boxes around so if I need to go in for work I will swap them back out...

Not too too far from that. I am thinking of an 08 CL65 upgrade this winter, if this gets prolonged too much longer I might just "can" it as you suggest 
Gonna give VRP a bit longer to come through since I really like this e63. Wasnt thinking of jumping to a 65 for at least a year. THis might speed things up for me some...

My apologies for not posting an update.
The airbox was scheduled to arrive at the shop on Monday for final fitment.
This weekend was a long weekend for us here in Canada.. Today is a national holiday (Canada Day) so everything was closed. I will get an update tomorrow and find out if the airbox was fitted or not.
I will post a follow-up tomorrow for you guys.

I have major issues with them too, but only one around here worth going to. ASC in S. Alex sux and every other MB in area is too far except one in Arlington.

I try to be as up front as I can.. I post updates based on what the composites shop tells me. When there is a delay, I am just relaying what happened.. I am not physically in control of production so it's hard for me to estimate timelines.
I don't pad the timelines either so I just post what I hear...
The only way I can delay you guys is in packing and shipping and I promise you that they will go out immediately once I have them in my hands.

That is a great idea! Dont mean to be a bug in your ears, but several of us have been waiting and waiting. We understand delays...and for the most part are ok with it when you guys are up front about it.

Niceeeeee. This forum, and especially this room, are waaayyy too seasoned for thug tactics. Start a million new threads and it won't change the fact that SoCal is BOOMING with mods for the 55K and VRP has been the force behind getting the enthusiast involved. If you have something better to offer, then show it and that will drive any competition with VRP. Do it better, cheaper, whatever; just like they did and the masses may listen. For now, you just look like a high school kid that is bitter to see the best idea in years to go dry....
