I cant refund you bc I dont have the wheels. If I had the wheels back, then I can refund you. I can file the claim for you then refund you once the claim is paid out. Its not my fault that DHL has lost the wheels. Thats why Im filing a claim on your behalf. Plus you already doing a chargeback. Just tell the truth man. Its not my fault, its DHL to blame for all of this.
Hell man, if I didn't receive my items and not getting a refund from seller then I'll file a chargeback too!

A member both here and on my home forum (Clublexus.com) posted this link; nice detective work all.
This guy caused similar issues on Club Lexus and I've just suspended his account (his last log in was May 5 after shutting down several spamming Jaguar threads of his, including one with the same pictures posted here).
His screen name on Club lexus was andsimp2 and I haven't compared his IP addresses to those listed here but I'm certain many will match up.
A little googling with that screen name finds him doing ebay / google checkout research here on the 'ebay suspensions forum' http://www.aspkin.com/forums/credit-...ats-steps.html
Also looks like an applicant to Howard Law 2007

Because it's more than 2 years old, the guy never got caught, and every couple months someone posts in this thread like it just happened and revives it on the forum. There's nothing else to talk about in this case unless the guy gets caught. If it's locked, people can still read it.
