I would not that if he is using google checkout, by PCI standards, the perp would not see the CVV (3 digit code) and only the last 4 of the card unless it was given to him directly....it would be encrypted, but if he has his own SHOPPING CART you might have a problem and go after him in a worse way, especially if he is doing more than one transaction.....on that note
Google checkout is within reach, but not on my specific platform, it might be a conflict of interest so i have to be cautious on how I present the information and to who, Also goole checkout has their own fraud team that will send it to the back end processor. I have some numbers and will do some research on this end but i will need some additional information and the affected people will have to come forward and present this to the fraud team at google first, and if that does not work then the processor themselves....through experience though you have to escalate these matters through the correct groups in order for thwem to substantiate the claims and it could take a little bit for them to do the research and call the appropriate law enforcement agency, especially due that this is a cyber crime issue.
Also, a little credit card 101, most businesses have a front end and a back end processor for transactions (one processes, the other settles and sends the info to the bank) ---so even a third party like google that will sign them up through a specific processor might have to look into this first

DHL fraud department is now involved. They pulled the packages off a truck that was in Texas (BTW I'm in NJ and the pacakges shipped from Mass). This is the e-mail I got from DHL:

Going to Teolax- have been stopped in TX. They are 2 boxes @ 4lbs not 100lbs tires.
Maybe DHL really did mess up and not pick up the right packages

certain things need to start rolling in order to actually "get" this guy....talking/monitoring is one thing.....action is another
if things are in the works and being kept confidential, then please ignore my post and ignorance to the facts
to the guys who have been had....hopefully u have printed out every single correspondance and communication with this idiot and kept a log of anything relevant/pertaining to your specific situation

Now this is really getting good. Just as we all suspected, this punk is shipping bogus packages and leaving DHL on the hook. Now that they are involved I am sure they will really call out the dogs...it is their corporate responsibility to ensure that their company is not used to execute fraudulent activities. Plus, the probably have the douche on camera dropping off the bogus packages.

I do know that when an individual signs for receipt of a DHL package, a digital photo can be taken of the signer. Don't know if it always done, but the mobile device that one signs contains a digital camera and has cell phone connectivity. I am willing to bet that a company that security conscious, has a multitude of photos of this guy.
