on NikeTalk he was bragging about going to law school and knowing "the law".
even if he's in law school, it's too bad that he's dealing with REAL attorneys here on MBWorld.
I did some searching and as we all know, andsimp2 is one of his known scammer aliases.

Basically the way it works is that he creasted tracking numbers using DHL software that when looked up would show packages shipping to my address. The weights shown would also be consistant with in this case wheels. He would then ship out smaller boxes (in this case 4 pounds) to some other address across the country. This would be enough to get the packages lost for enough time for the credit card charges to clear.

to the guys who have been had....hopefully u have printed out every single correspondance and communication with this idiot and kept a log of anything relevant/pertaining to your specific situation

You had noted in your post that they pulled some packages for Teolax off the truck in TX I think (sorry, don't feel like wading thru the thread to look it up) and that the packages weighed 4 lbs. I was curious if it was just packages with the same tracking #, or if YOUR NAME & ADDRESS were on the packages--so they do exist, even if not tires....although I can't imagine any way to wiggle out of this one. I hope DHL knows to hold these packages and all relevant info, like date/place/time/method of payment for shipment, etc as evidence...
