I have no regrets about posting my opinion, Reiterating a prior point though, i should have not been so quick to cite colour as an argument.
This guy is Nigerian British for those that are honing in on his spelling. He likely spells organization with an "s" as well. I don't carry any weight on this forum, but my guess is we got off course with this guy.

The accent matches up in this video where our scammer is speaking. ( if that is a South African accent if someone more knowledgable can confirm)
Kinda hard to tell from the vid the sound isn't the best.

also... why would he just now start using his email addresses that he'd long forgotten years ago to register an xm service...
Also, he didn't use these account to give them to friends but possibly to scam xm's trial service (ie: signing up for multiple trial accounts, when they were giving them out, to have a whole years of service) which could lead to more jailtime... or at the very least show this guys character

Guys this could be partially true, because my friend(not oretade) worked at Best Buy and 2 years ago XM did a promotion(only for employees) on their service to try out XM. I believe you could give it to family, but can't remember the restrictions on it. But as you can tell he did abuse it anyway and gave it to his friends. I know at one point they gave a year away free, but I believe you had to use your Best Buy email/ID Number
