Man, I wish I would have been told about this thread sooner! I work for DHL, and I can say that all tracking numbers this dumbass has posted have all been referred to our fraud department.

i believe his name is Mendi Goya and goes by the nickname Mega

With your resources, it would be a good idea for the fraud dept to press charges officially on record. That will add to the charges on these clowns. Remember, the more that's filed, the better against them... If DHL can do that, then "they don't suck" in my viewpoint!
While I totally agree, I don't think DHL is in a position to press charges, since they aren't the ones being "scammed", so to say. That's not to say they won't do everything they can to stop these from being delivered, though. Once someone alerts DHL that it's fraud, it's not too hard to stop a shipment in its tracks.
Now if it was account fraud, like creating multiple accounts with no intent to pay shipping charges, that would be another story.

I really need to locate the tracking number he gave me...according to Turner/smith he said DHL damaged his headlights while they were packing them up and needed to wait for them to refund him his money...I told him it is the shipee that is the one that has to collect it after it gets there, I knew then I would have a fight on my hands---i will look further tonight and also see if i still have the old emails
