Now that this is over (I wanted to wait until then), Ebay responded that they cannot take any action but are aware of the listing.

So, I suppose I got their "attention" from my email to them. Some poor sucker got robbed and it's really sad that this goes on quite a bit now. Some people have turned into some damn pirates right about now.

This is such a crock of ****.. Someone ask him how he can sell the exact some wheels over and over again.

Notice that ALL of the stuff he's bought on EBay to get feedback have all be cheap BS to bump up his rating and the ONLY thing he's sold were the wheels.. If he REALLY had a salvage yard he'd be selling thousands of items..

I really really hope no one falls for this BS.. All they have to do is look at his previous auction to see it's the same picture.

what i did one time, when someone ripped me off (Paypal reimbursed me later)
was to watch for his next auction. then, I mimicked his auction, photos, price,
wording, etc.......but i added in large letters, what he did, with links to docu-
mentation. it was worth the seller's fee just to do this.

I actually think this guy is ligit. I bought 09 amg wheels and rims from him for a great price. It was scary at first since the auction stated that it's in Maine, but his ebay registration said he's in Maryland. After i realized that, i filed paypal complaint immediately, and the wheels and tires actually showed up at my house, what a relief. here's the link:

GUYS!!! I am the person who bought those E63 wheels. he sent me tracking info and it says I should get the wheels tomorrow. I think he is legit too. I hope he is anyway!

I read this post before bidding. And saw he sold the other wheels and had positive feedback for that.

What should i do? Should I file a complain? wiat until tomorrow? I am scared now! It sounded legit due to the fact he sold other wheels too.

I bid after i noticed the green background is different from the scammer pics in this thread. Looks the same but is infact different if you look closely.

Is there anyway you can get a fake tarcking number? My wheels also say they are comming from Maryland when he is in Maine supposedly.

I may file complain with paypal right now...just to play it safe. Stay tuned for tomorrow. Lets see what i get!!!!!
