I would trade my 65 anyday for that 600. One of the most respected sleepers (600) on the road. I wouldn't compare it to a 65, it will tear my CL in the quarter in the blink of an eye, lol!. This CL was made on a special day...

Alright guys. On a serious note, lets let this thread be for smack talk about the fontana day. We'll start a new thread and discuss the race to come without making it personal. i already said I wouldn't back out. i just don't see how I can't mod an E55 to beat a bone stock vette, that's all. I've been in mod anyway, so why not make november a target date for debut?

Really? on Vic's old car...Blue Monster said that he could walk any stock E55. Josh was the track prep bad? How did it compare to our day in Sac. Our ET's are close and he is a tick faster. Judging by his numbers, if I ran him with some DR's it would be a good race. Don't get me wrong I'm just trying to see if it is worth the $$$ to be a doll hair quicker or faster.

Juicee ain't posting in here, but I'll tell you the track prep was ok. The DRs make a difference and shaved another 4/10ths for Blue. I assumed all day that it was the weather and fontana is slower than sac town all day everyday (especially on the traps). Fontucky is good to gauge against others but definitely not to generate data to compare to others. Around here, AZ in the winter, Las Vegas and Sac are pretty much it. No real fast tracks.

Also, now I am reconsidering saying the track prep was good. I'm not really qualified to say it. Maybe it sucked. I thought it was the weather, but oh well.

Btw in my opinion, don't make a sucker bet with him ... thats just wrong.
Seriously Jangy 112 trap speed? If you are modded and running slower than a ecu tuned 63 sounds like something is wrong. I was consistently trapping several MPH higher than the 63s.
I'll try one more time, on behalf of the board, to explain why there is so much laughter from this thread.
A lot of us don't doubt that an E55 can beat a Zo6 on a given day. What we are saying is that its due to driver error. Or something is seriously wrong with the z06. Under same conditions, same driver skill, etc the Z06 will beat an E55. The mph trap speeds that Z06's run at the strip shows this unequivocally. (this is a non spraying E55) I'm not even saying an E55 can't be modded without spray to beat a Z06. But YOUR e55 certainly will not beat a Z06 if both cars are driven properly.
