Pulled off the star, painted it black and put it back on.

Naw, it broke when I pulled it out. Bought a new one, just spray painted and clearcoated it.
It's attached with three little pegs embedded in the trunk. They're in pretty tight and the emblem is pretty thin, so when I was easing it out, it cracked.

Have thought about doing the calipers. Also thinkin' yellow, but that might be too much contrast. Have also thought about black, nice and glossy.

The rims are a set of replicas from Monet (in California). Not sure how I stumbled across them. I think on the net. PM if you want the contact info.
19", 275 across the rear, can't remember the style, and not expensive.
Saving up for a set of HRE M45's in gloss black. Those will be the finishing touch!

Thanks for the comments guys, I appreciate them. I've had a lot of fun pimpin' out my ride! Really pleased with the outcome. I'll post some better pics with a little more detail.
