New date is Nov. 22nd, hopefully we get good weather then.
I went so far as to call MIR today and tell them I am willing to put up $1600 to cover 8 cars for THIS saturday for those of you who were complaining but look at the forecast now. Are you guys still complaining or are you happy you didnt waste your time, money, and energy? If you guys want me to keep saturday open let me know (It will cost $200/car) but the big rental will be the following saturday
Bill, have any pics of the old trans?
I have to drive it down from Philly friday night but how many miles am I supposed to put on it and what is the break in procedure? Thanks

I broke my NAG1 in pretty hard also and just got the oil analysis back......PERFECT.
Bottom line, drive it like you drive it!
Don't worry about the tranny anymore.

Been there for a few rentals and organized two of my own. I bet they are sold out on rentals though. Then again, given the economy, who knows. If you do one, I will participate.

I still have the no nitrous CLK record. Even on an 85 shot he didnt go much quicker 11.29 I will probably take my car to a test and tune sunday and take that from him too, without even spraying

So far it looks like I made the right decision to postpone it.
"Friday Night: Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after midnight. Low around 60. South wind between 8 and 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Saturday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. High near 73. Breezy, with a south wind between 13 and 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. "
