so i finally got my 63 buttttttt......
took the foreman for an all out beating on the car and he concurrs that there is def something seriously wrong !! he seems to think that maybe when they did the brake job at 7k they only replaced the pads and not rotors !!
good news is that the car was sold on 11-30-2007 so the 12k / 12k miles warr still apply's !! they said unofficialy it should be all under warr !! thnk god !!
Funny my car didnt have 030 wheels but when i got snow tires and wheels from the tirerack they didnt fit the hubs and they vibrated like crazy. Hubs and brakes were larger and then it hit me the car had 030 parts.
My car had issues with brakes however my violent shaking eventually led to a NY Lemon Law with Mercedes Benz and I won, they took the car and I got paid for driving a vibrating car for 11 months. Worst experience of car ownership you can check all my old post from July 07 til Spring 08
Hope your used E63 wasnt traded in for such an issue, seems odd to be at a VW dealers lot. My cars vibrations were caused by the engine, tranny mounts and weak chassis as confirmed by the engineers.
Not sure what that E63 is costing you but i would have kept the M5. Good Luck
