*** V12TT - VR620 ***
Since this forum is where the traffic is, I am posting our latest development.
This time it is for 2003 - Present S/CL/SL600s.
As many of you are aware making power on twin turbo V12 is a simple as software flash. Many tuners flash both ECU and TCU. Powerchip was able to overcome TQ limiting with ECU flash.
Our stock S600 was fairly strong stock with 449RWHP and 553RWTQ. Over the past several months we were able to increase the boost by 3 psi and push TQ limiting further up. HP went up by 68RWHP and there is a gain of 60-80RWTQ accross the curve. This tune is for CA91 gas and there is another 25-30HP on 93 and even more on 100.
A set of free-flowing filters and fresh plugs, if over 60K miles, will help power even further.
The tune is $2490 and comes with free overnight shipping and $100 updates.
I am working on further upgrades as well and will post results ASAP.
And as always - thank you for listening.

you got 517 rwhp shouldn't that = 517/0.82 = VRP630 not 620? Holy sheet!! you know I'm down for this Vadim!!! so 553 rwto stock plus a gain of 80 rwto = 633 to the wheels = 771.95 Crank Torque!!! excellent!
You klnow I'll be using 94+ octane so you'll have to change my tune to VRP670
ps will the 25-30 rwhp gain be available w/out changing the 91 pump tune? ie I just drop the extra octane in & get the additional power or no?Also what is the rwto increase w/94 octane?? the same 25-30

Tom: I will post another thread tomorrow on 65s. Just a teaser one client went 11.6@125 mph in hot MidWest with our tune.
Sean: I am limiting TQ down low in order to keep traction. Anything over 600RWHTQ and the rear tires go up in smoke
As matter of fact my rears are down to the cords, I need to get new rear tires tomorrow.
I have Thursday open.

Lotus Elise SLK55
That tune is very impressive, I will definitely be contacting you guys when I get my SL65! The price is great too... $2490 is what a tune should cost, makes the $6,000 Renntech tune seem like a rip-off!

OMFG! Insane! I have to think that you run a far smaller risk of invalidating your warranty by doing a comuter reprog. Am I wrong? Ideally if you had this done to your car you could return it to stock when you have to bring it in for service, but maybe reprogramming is a PITA? After my Renntech pulley experience, I'll never mod a MB again (if indeed own one). But for the rest of you, it might be worth considering having it flashed back to stock before taking the car in to get tuned or fixed...
Very impressive!

The numbers are uncorrected. At sea level we are pretty much the same as SAE.
Car has 67K miles. It has 10K on stock air filters.
Thanks everyone. I am working on more mods and will post updates.
Just 2 quick questions.. What are the CORRECTED dyno numbers and what dyno are you using?
How many miles on the odometer on the stock S600 that you got the base numbers from?
Was this with clean filters? Stock or Aftermarket?
