you sound like a really cool guy..
but have not seen you update the E90post for a while on your rematch..
its only fair to point out both stories.
The same thing happend with the SL600 and now with the E55 with Stage 1.
For the record, its a Stage 1 E55 since it has Pulley and ECU. The pulley is from Renntech and ECU tuned by unfamiliar company (at least around here).
Would the ECU tuning make a difference?.. it will. We just hope the ECU atleast closes the supercharger bypass valve and controls the A/F ratios, since our cars runs rich once the additional boost is received.
Therefore without a dyno or reference point, we don't know if its making the true potential of a Stage 1 E55.
Glad to see good sports on both sides of the fence..
