Update: MHP ECU/TCU Tuning (Throttle Blipping, etc, DONE!)
We are by no means pushing the limits of either the motor or the trans with stage I tuning, and if we're talking about a stock longblock N/A application yes, we'll stand behind the tuning. Now, if you're talking about 1000rwhp from a sprayed TT V12, via stage II tuning, you're on your own
Though we have some absolutely killer trannys from Paramount Performance that we can swap in if something bad does happen. Finally there is always the option to purchase a spare ECU/TCU to keep stock in order to swap in for warranty related dealer visits. I sell them to my customers at my cost.
Thanks
Andy
How much torque can the V12 tranny handle before it granades?
I come to this thread looking for information, not to read the insults that you two babble about all day long...
Like.. what the ****?

To the OP/sponsor, I apologize but I have to close this thread. Please start another one with the pertinent info at your convenience. If any posters feel to go off topic on that one, I wont close but I will give a temp ban at the minimum.
Jangy/Jim (without assigning blame), I don't know when its gonna stop but for the sake of all other members, make it today.

As for opening the thread back up, its the right thing to do to allow the discussion to continue and to allow the sponsor to show his products and answer questions.
You can question the pricing and the products true ability but keep the personal and sidebar attacks out of this thread and out of this site.
can you just give us what you estimate a bone stock E55 will do with just ECU/TCU....and pulley/TB/headers + tcu/ecu???
that doesnt devulge any "secret" info. I just want to hear a conservative estimate.
pretty please....
Put it this way, if my C63 with just tuning, filters, DRs doesn't run 11s at 120 (or close to it) I'll be very disappointed.
Thanks
Andy

I know they've offered it for the 65 engines for a long time, but I don't know why not for the new 7g tranny yet.
When are you going to the drag strip and when will you have some concrete dyno numbers for us ?
When are you going to the drag strip and when will you have some concrete dyno numbers for us ?
Basically what it means is that we're going to make the most of the power that the tuning unleashed thanks to the combo of complete driveline tuning not holding the motor back. Don't get me wrong, our preliminary dyno results are already higher than any other tuned C63 (with like mods) that I've seen to date.
I'm still shooting to hit the strip tomorrow (and meet up with Rock so he can post his feelings on the drivability of our tuning on my C63) and will hit the dyno with final cal. results Thurs/Fri at latest.
Thanks
Andy

I'm up in MI today and will figure out the gameplan by tonight/tomorrow morning at latest.
Thanks

I have to go to Columbus on Friday, so Norwalk is out.
Finally, I think the board wants to see some numbers ASAP.
Rock will give it to us straight (not that you wouldn't...just that Rocks an OG like some of us others)
Can't wait to hear the results.

Dave,
My biggest worry for the initial track outing is relearning the launch. I have 3 new variables: ECU, TCU, and DRs. I'd like to go Friday just because I know I'll get more than 3 runs in and I'll have more time to cooldown from the 2hr+ drive to Norwalk. Wednesday night's program typically consists of making 2-3 passes before 7:00pm for a dial in then switching over to brackets v Fri which is full test and tune all night.
If you're coming down Fri/Sat (to Cbus) then we can meet up down here (I'm driving back home immediately after leaving the track Fri) either late Friday or pretty much anytime Sat. Let me know.
I'll hit the dyno first so there will be some numbers to show (though I and I'm sure most want to see track results asap) before hand.
Thanks
Andy
