What mods does the 997TT have? Beat the GTR pretty easily

my 997 was only running on exhaust, ECU, and intake - low boost setting, and without methanol injection, and no bottle. On high boost it ran 11.3 on motor, 10.8 on NOS. It has Methanol injection as well, but wasn't turned on for this run.

I would estimate that on these settings it should be mid 11 second car, and the GTR 11.7-11.9 ish. Very fast - a stock 997tt probably would get walked.

Would love to have seen a race from a dig to see if the GTR launch control would have helped it.

I love it when the 997 runs out of gas!! Best part of video and that's the only way that GTR was going to beat that 997

LOL on the video, nice but funny. Even when stock the 997 is quicker/faster than the GTR it weighs less and it has more ponies! but wait until you hit the twisties then the GTR really shines!

Now let's see what happens when ASR throws a few boltons and ups the boost...of course I'm sure there will be some laughing gas in the trunk too. I can't wait to see what the limits of the stock-internals VR38 are.
