I'm excited to see this photoshoot..I just got a 2005 Flint Grey E55, I spend most of my time on 6speedonline and M3Forum (and M5board in the past) so I've had the chance to enjoy some of your work.
Anyone have a link to the CF grille? I am going to paint mine black in the next couple days and I'll get some pictures up...wondering how the CF looks though...

Very nice...did you get the Tectite Grey? Did you find a black grille or are you just painting your stock grille black? Reason I ask is we paint a lot of chrome grilles for guys but when they get rock chipped the chrome sticks out very easily. Unlike the full black plastic grilles like you see on the M's that, when they get chipped, don't show anything else but more black...

I bought a black painted front grille from a member here but it seems that the USPS lost it!
I'm prob going to dispute it with my credit card. Then I'll just have my bodyshop paint my stock one.

I think I'll be painting mine with a semi-gloss clear...not sure if I would like the look of a glossy black front grille (I'd have to see some pictures I suppose)
Looking forward to seeing the pictures of it on your car..congrats on the purchase.
