***Code Three Performance Spearco HEAT EXCHANGERS for Sale!!!!***
Hello board members! ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I'm pleased to announce that we now have E55 heat exchangers available with authentic Spearco cores. The units are very high quality and are tested to 50psi before leaving the door to ensure functionality.
Due to the unusually long wait for our custom cores from Spearco, we have decided to offer these units at a reduced price. Through the end of October, save $100 off the retail price of $699. Until the end of the month, the heat exchangers will be $599 as our way of saying thank you to those customers that have been holding out for the best unit on the market.
Our heat exchangers will only be offered in the 5.5" version at this time. Because the new Spearco core is so efficient, we have opted to not build the 7" unit as we feel it's overkill and just dead weight.
Please specify the year of your vehicle when ordering so we can include oil brackets if needed.
I've included images of the heat exchanger below to show the excellent build quality.
To order simply CLICK HERE to see the product on our website. We have also added the Johnson pumps to our site. If anyone has questions please feel free to contact me, I'm here to help.
Sincerely,
Aaron Schoenberger

Wassup Aaron! Congrats on the new stock! I'm not sure if I should ask you this or Brandon, but is the H/E that I received recently still one of the old ones or one of these new ones? Just wanted to make sure...thanks!!!
Both Aaron and Brandon have been nothing short of awesome when dealing with them. Very professional and on time. Brandon went the extra mile to personally get me one of the H/E's and install it for me a while back!

Will this model/special also include the CL55 model? Will it clear the oil cooler on the CL?

Yes, it's not too bad at all. For the C32's we suggest bumper removal but the E55's have a lot more room to work with, so such isn't needed. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
If you have questions with the install we will be here to help.
Sincerely,
Aaron

Andrew!!! You should definitely get this fer yer car. It looks killer behind yer front bumper AND it'll help with the s/c heating issue! Oh and you should look into the johnson pump also ( if you don't have it already ) while yer at it...
The hardest thing of the install is getting the front bumper off. After that take off the stock H/E and undo some hoses, bolt up Code 3 H/E, reattach all the hoses and yer done. Really simple!![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
EDIT...
I guess you don't have to take the bumper off...I had to take mine off cause I opted to have the optional bigger core on mine (mine is an 03 and had the option to go with a bigger core). Something they don't offer anymore.

We really appreciate your interest in the heat exchanger! We're looking to make a unit for the CL, SL, CLS, and G55 though we haven't had our hands on a local car to test fitment. We're pretty sure the HE itself will fit, but believe the mounting brackets will be off. We're hoping to have a definitive answer shortly.! ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

that's my car!!!
I was the beta test on that unit...
by the way.. if you already have a CP3 unit, the swap to the new HE was very simple.
Just remove the plastic air underbody.. and you have enough room just to unbolt the older unit and bring up the new one.
less than 30mins and very little coolant loss.
This only applies cars with CP3 units already installed.
I have done plenty of data logging this supper...
its basically 10-15 degrees over ambient when cruising at 70 on a 100 degree dat.
It reaches 140 at around 110mph.
but the difference is recovery time is key.
