Correct me if I'm wrong, however I believe that what he means is that the $2k+ is already factored into the price of $999/month. Meaning that before the $2k+ incentive the payment was more $$/month

There are really no tricks to my deal offer. I just want to be reasonable and find someone to take the car off my hands.
