Tire tread life expectancy...
What are you guys getting in miles for your front & rear tires? I know it depends on the tire, road conditions, and how you drive... but just trying to get an idea to see what I can expect.

I'm on my third set of rear PS2's and expect to go maybe 10K on these. I'm a lot more restrained than I was at first and only really run it hard for a kill now.

Anyone can burn through a set of rears, I burn through my fronts too, not quite to the extreme of the rears, but the are still a bubbly, melted, molten mess none-the-less.

I am currently running Toyo R888's. Put them on in the spring and they will be officially at the wear indicators by MIR on 11/15 Probably 5k miles on them. Fronts are pretty worn too and will take those off after MIR. Treadwear is rated at 100. Nice and sticky, but a little noisey. Gonna put some all seasons on after MIR until March and go buy another set of Toyos for the summer again

I've used PS2's, GS-D3's and Re050's and averaged 5k miles on them on my 55.
I'm convinced the concrete roads here are high friction and reduce tread life much more than asphalt does.
Can't be my driving style!

My CLS may not be a 55, but my Michelin Pilot A/S have lasted 18K miles and going. I should be able to get about 3-4 more out of the rears. 10-15 more out of the fronts.

I've got around 11k on my Bridgestone Potenza RE050A's, with the fronts looking pretty good still & quickly approaching the wear bars on the rears. I like these tires as well as the PS2's they replaced and they seem to have better treadwear qualities as well.
