That poses an interesting question. Suppose Luke and Jim get the cars, and are able to race them in ALMS, I wonder if AMG would provide replacement parts and/or behind the scenes support? I'm sure they would love to see them up front.

Having a couple of BS' in the ALMS driven by guys from this forum would just be incredible.

I can tell you that we will not be driving either one of the cars pictured, they will not part with them. I'm working on trying to gain access to the parts bin to access some of those parts.

lol, I was talking about AMG's decision to not race these cars, or make them available to privateer teams. It's "so dumb" to just let them be a glorified taxi when it looks as though they're fully functional race ready cars.

Like I said, I think it would be amazing if you two could race these in the ALMS series.

If jrcart can't get one, and lord know he tried EVERYTHING, it won't happen.

EVERYTHING = hand delivered letter from jrcart to Black Series engineers who were working under the "Freakin Wide CLK" when I arrived!

It even has integrated air jacks!!!!
