From what I garnered off the other Forum I found these on, they say it's "The double wing is a part of the CLK Black Series Aero Kit offered in Europe. It has an additional wing and a front diffuser in carbon.

+1 Its really nice looking but I could do without the HUGE front splitter (i know its functional but damn!) and the rear lower diffuser/facia looks off a bit. just my .55 maybe it will look better in black or charcoal grey
