How the heck do you re-set the analog clock??

I've tried a couple times since DST ended and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the analog clock in my E55. I can do the digital one via the display but I'm not finding where to adjust the analog despite looking in the owner's manual.

If it is super obvious, I apologize in advance. My Ivy League education may not be all it's cracked up to be

Thanks!

By "R" I think he means the reset button left of the display.

Read the Comand manual. Setting the clock is tied to GPS via COMAND.

That is an optional settings (albeit default typically).

You should see a setting under the Settings menu under Date and Time and there will be an option there to "Sync with Head-Unit." Select that and it will sync with your COMAND via GPS.

Otherwise, proceed through the menu and set the time (if you want to do it manually) and press the Trip Reset button to confirm it.

Are you telling me that there is a way to display a digital clock on the navi screen? Or are we just talking about the ETA display?

No - there is no way other than pressing the SERV button and Time. This will allow you to adjust the time as the COMAND needs to know the current time to project ETA, but will not display it for reference.

Press the SERV button to the left of the navigation screen. Then set the time. Now make sure that the option "Sync with head unit" is turned-on -- this option is found in one of the menus when you use the menus selector on the steering wheel.

One other feature that becomes activated when "sync with head unit" is on, is that when you cross a time zone the analog clock in the instrument cluster immediately updates.
