I kind of stunk it up today could not improve on my 11.47 N/A personal best. I did manage to run an 11.19 @127.01 1.66 60 foot....not too happy with myself. I guess that's what happens when you are out the night before until 5 am and don't get to the track until nearly 2.00 pm

You guys had the absolute best weather conditions today for the track....
The barametric pressure alone would give you roughly -900ft compared to a normal 29.7. 29.7 vs 30.47 is -900ft.
I come up with -2,080 ft without track elevation.NEt of track elevation and you guys had:
-2,000 ft..

Nice meeting everyone today, there were alot of fast cars there. My GTR set the record for no LC went 1.90 60ft and 11.67 at 119.18. I went against Jamies zo6 that went 11.33 stock that run. Also thanks to the guy that lent me some gas with the C63!!

Actually Wes, there is no need. Based on the DA calculations, my car would have run just as strong.....

so why the big drop off on the Z06. I assume this is the same car and driver that hold the Z06 record well below that 11.33. I can take a guess and say it was all in the 60ft? Too cold for traction? Or was the car running different wheels?
Seems with the DA this negative the Benz record should have been beaten, or was it simply "too" cold.
Jim I am suprised you could not beat 11.47 considering Andy went 11.59 in a heavier less modded 63?

Juicee63, I belive that Jim might have had his engine to cold, I belive that he bogged of the line. Even with that he matched his best time..I was supprised to see pictures of ice bags on the intakes of some of the cars,, Andy ran his 1st pass @11.66 with his car fully warmed and engine temp over 200 degress.
