New 2009 Nav DVD for 04-06 S & CL, 04-08 E, 05-08 SLK & SL, 06-08 CLS

Navteq has released its 2009 DVD for the models above, as of November 24, 2008 - $199 direct from Navteq. It is the Mercedes-Benz Harman Becker COMAND - North America Map DVD v.8.0; I do not yet have the MB part number.

Damn, I bought the last one less than a month ago. Am I SOL on that or do they have some sort of program that lets you feel less screwed if you buy so close to the new release?
