Shop time
How often are your car's in the shop? I've had my 04 E55 for 15 months now and it has been in the shop at least a dozen times for various malfunctions. Some of the problems I've had:
Malfunctioning teleaid unit
bad intercooler pump
supercharger chirp
bad heater blower motor
bad heater control
bad knock position sensor
leaking valve cover gaskets
bad IR sensor
bad control arm
rear climate control display went bad
side view mirror motor failure
cup holder sticking
SW updates needed to command
These are just off the top of my head..I know I had a few more.

04 in shop 2X in 32 months, oil change (free maintenance) replace cats & fuel pump (free warranty) had a few SDS mods & up dates with warranty work.
I am sure I will see the IC pump, any day now.
Make sure all the battery TSBs are done, sounds like you have some electrical issues and have replaced the failed component. I would look in to what is causing the failures, bad battery, bad diodes, bad voltage regulator, software problems ect.

Not just for that, but for other things. Sadly, when I take it in, it is for several problems.
I guess the jist is that I am having too many problems with this car, or so I think.
Oh yeah, I forgot the thermostat went bad too.

Take a couple months off from whatever useless endeaveor you're engaded in, and surround yourself with beastiness. That's right, learn what makes her tick, tackle some mainteance tasks, spend 1500 on ebay and get yourself a diagnostics system. Change the oil, put on a pulley, renounce the dealer, quit being a victim.
