When you send the kit will the egs be dialed in? Do we have to send it?
I understand the tune will be dialed in before it goes out if I buy this kit can you remove the cat delete light?
I hope you have my kit reserved...lol! I will call you monday.

Marko I forgot to respond to your text to congratulate you. I almost dropped the phone when I saw the numbers. You deserve it buddy, you've been working real hard on that car and I'm glad to see it paying some great dividends. I really look forward to putting this kit on my car. This summer is gonna be a lot of fun ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I was waiting until the dyno graphs showed up before I posted anything.
We've put alot of time and effort into this setup and we really didn't want to put it out there until it had been tested thoroughly and proven. Like Marko said, the intercoolers themselves went through a few revisions before we settled on the final production ready design. The end tanks will be more rounded for aesthetic and clearance reasons. They will also be in a black anodized finish for the stealthy look.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
As well, there are some CNC pieces we are waiting on to finalize the intercooler kit. Once we get everything in our hands, we'll take some pics off the car of the new setup.
Marko has approx 25 passes down the 1/4mile track at this power level with the current setup so it is a very reliable, streetable setup. I myself am amazed that the stock AMG trans is holding up. I believe the saving grace is that the stock EGS with the torque limiting that is in place is allowing the trans to survive.
If we had put the EGS module in his car like I did for Nate's E55 he would be allowing 1200lb/ft to go through the trans from 1st to 5th which would definitely put some strain on it.
As it sits, Marko is making 825hp at the crank and almost 1200lb/ft of torque.
I will also say that there is more power left on the table here. The ECU needs work if you can believe it. We can make even more power if we dial in the A/F and timing on this monster. Right now, Marko is running with a basic "mail order" tune. We did 1 revision to the original file and that was a blind update that was done just to make it safe and add a bunch of fuel.
Once the hardware side is 100% finished and in production, we will put all the efforts on the software side and see if we can unleash more power.
This kit will be referred to as the: VRP VR825 Package (The "10sec package")
The package will work on any MB V12TT 600/65 series car and consist of the following:
- VRP VR825 ECU Tune
- VRP Intercoolers
- VRP TB to Intercooler Y-pipe
- VRP Intake system with dual conical filters
- All required hardware and accessories to install on your car
NOTE: Marko had cat bypass pipes and the intercooler reservoir in addition to the above which will be optional items if you want to duplicate Marko's setup. This means the power output will be lower without those 2 items.
I didn't want to post any pricing because we keep revising and revising and I am really not sure where final cost will end up but I will give you some preliminary information.
For now, we will be offering the kit at a retail price of: $8,500.
We will have an introductory special of: $7,650
I have been communicating with a bunch of you via PMs, emails, phone calls, etc.. about this kit during its development. At this time we are ready to take deposits and put names to the kits. Those of you that want the kit please email me at: victor@vrptuning.com so that I can consolidate all the interested parties into 1 list.
We are making 10 kits on the first run and they will be done in the order the deposits are received.

Just to give you some insight on where we are headed...
Marko's car has done a best of 10.72 @ 132mph. Something to think about is that just before each shift the ECU pulls timing, reduces boost, then shifts and re-engages. It takes 3secs to get back to full power during each shift. The car shifts 3 times during the 1/4mile so that is 9secs out of almost 11 that the car is not at full power... If we eliminate this with the EGS update, and build up the trans to withstand the power, I am positive this car will run 10.4 if it can put the power down.
The next step is some upgrading to the turbos, a few more "cooling" pieces we have been experimenting with, an EGS with all the load limits removed, and maybe some giggle gas. It should be a very fun spring!![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Since this package is going to work for both 5.5 & 6.0 liter V12's any guestimate on TOTAL rwhp/rwto on 5.5 600 V12? thank you for your time...

Very nice Marko....
1--Thats def not a "street Supra"....lex windows?? Cmon!!
2--900++lbs/ft of torque??![EEK!](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)
I think you at the very LEAST should be replacing this....
![](http://www.transmissionpartsusa.com/v/vspfiles/photos/600-000013220-2.jpg)
with something at least like this...

Making custom parts for tranny's isnt fun!! Keeping tranny oil temps down is the key to longer life(I KNOW---that you know that!!)

For the 600 guys yes. It appears that the 65 cars have a fairly large HE up there. We are also in the process of adding a system that uses the AC compressor and refrigerant to cool the intercooler circuit.

Out Of Control!!
Crazy in a good way. I love it when people push the envelope. I'm just gonna give up modding my car now since all the 600/65s are gonna be kickin *** because of you and Victors efforts. Again
