I'm not going to be able to make it today due to some unforeseen problems in LA. I ended up leaving LA 3am this morning and just got home. I should'be been home early evening last night but it just didn't happen. I hope you guys have a good time and once again I really apologize. As of now I can't even keep my eyes open...sorry for being a flake.

DAMN!! The car get setup?
One way to look at it I guess is that considering the ECU cutting in and no traction I guess my times were ok. It would have been nice if the sun didn't come out today.
I guess 11's will have to wait for another day because today just aint the day!
Andrew said that he could practically hear the ECU stop'n me and then lettin loose.
Like Hammer said the weather was too nice to race. It cool meeting all the new faces aswell as some old. Hope we do this again before it get to warm out.

You guys said it was sunny all day, the track was dry, DA was very good, prep was okay, then what killed the traction?
Was there any moisture on the launching pads? Did they not prep it right? Did you guys do good burnouts?Hammer, your car is incredible
With 2.0 to 2.2 60' times, you still managed 12.30s
The weather was fantastic and for me the track prep was okay. I was running 245/40 18 MT ET street radials and was still losing traction a bit. I was getting decent launches but I need to still get used to the drag radials breaking loose and waiting for them to grip.
With 1st gear I was running pretty steady 12.0s.
My best time was a 2nd gear start at 14:17 :
Right Lane
Reaction 0.163
I1 was 1.754
I2 was 4.939
I3 was 7.634
I3 MPH 92.147
I4 was 9.913
ET was 11.846
MPH was 116.705
I'm still getting a bit of slow shift from 2nd to 3rd right now and was slipping a little at the top end of 2nd. I think this is costing me a couple tenths by itself.

First gear launch is much more potent and efficient when racing than 2nd gear...... I'm pretty sure that with good traction and a decent launch in 1st gear, your car should be in mid 11s
