E55K long tubes for $2500

This is NOT a group buy or an attempt to sell, since I am not a vendor. It is simply to show the haters that things can be done if you work at it....

The following quote is for info only and to prove the naysayers WRONG:
"On the long tube headers and exhaust system the price quantity of 1 to 5 will be $2500.00 and for Quantity 5 to 10 $2300.00 and for Quantity 10 and above $2000.00 per system, plus shipping."

Let the smack begin. Tell me why I shouldn't buy a set?

Just to be clear, this is NOT my design and that is not my car. Give it a sec and you may recognize the work.....

My main point was the price. Questioning the quality will only get you in a twisted state.

The fastest E55 I know of runs them. He can clarify if he likes.

I just didn't know that VRP still offered them, if they do. I dunno where VRP makes theirs at or anything. All of my exhaust work at VRP was done at the california shop and didn't include any of these parts, not even the X pipe.

'06 E55, '05 SLK55, a few others
The only issue is that these will get you a "status 8" in less time than it takes to install them. No big deal unless you still have a warranty. That, and you better be friendly with the local smog guy come registration time, at least in Ca.
