Thank you much for the welcomes - I am looking forward to learning all the new features and customization options with the 2005 (although I am still going through withdrawl giving up my W210) - I was hard pressed to consider another option beyond buying an updated e55 when the time came b/c I am such an avid fan - look forward to working with you folks on bringing more personality to an already great vehicle

Your first stab at the throttle and you'll miss your old E55 a little bit less ;|
Not to say you won't miss it, but the bast of torque and mad rush of acceleration is really amazing. A day's drive and you'll be grinning ear to ear. Everything, the smooth ride, quiet interior, build quality, and of course the MASSIVE amount of torque. No beating it, congratulations.

Oh yeah - it was a done deal after the drive - gotta move on, ya' know and forget the past
- now, I have determined mod #1 is hands down a K40 hard wired - long live this beast!
