Bravo Jason!!!

Eight post................. and a total of eight sentences............you should be very proud of yourself.......that's quite an accomplishment.

I must say that your literary contributions to this forum are phenomenal. I'm impressed by your witty and cutting insight. Also, your douchebaggery is not only inspiring but I think I may beat someone with a 2x4 tonight in your honor.

Good luck Juicee. Lots of love around here.

wow looks like the Lambo crowd made it over here.

I was going to lay off of Mr. Cobra as a member here said he knew him and respected him? Guys this was not "funny" it is not a game.

The car is not at some crap lot, it is protected, secured. Anything damaged or missing will be part of my civil claim against Motion Recovery.

For those truly interested here is the way it works. ONLY THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE CAN PICK IT UP, YOU MUST PROVIDE ID AND THE RELEASE. The Manheim lot is open M-F 930A-330p. They do not allow pick up on days where there is an auction. TODAY was an auction, Thursday is an auction. So I made the appointment for Friday 1030AM , I will have the car and it will be gone over for damage.

To the two IDIOTS flapping gums, I am getting my car back, I am paying my payments, and the folks that donated will be paid back THIS WEEK for helping.

I dont give a chit about money, all I need is my friends and this thermous and this bluetooth puck.

Snorman if you know mr. Cobra and actually agree with this childish assault on a man with problems, I feel bad for you, and hope NONE OF YOU ever really need help of any kind.

It does hurt to see people tainted with poison souls , they attempt to mock members here for sending from the heart.

I'm glad you're getting your car back due to the generosity of this forum and will be paying them back.

When reading through this thread and the other thread I felt bad seeing these people try kick you when you were down. Really, this can happen to anyone in this economy. Everyone is vulnerable, no one is recession-proof these days.

Good luck Juicee

The cap cost is used. My cap is 75k, my lease is 1600/month. I owe 15 months on an 11 month term
24k

The deficiency is calculated as follows
24k+75k-(sale price)=Judgement

Your right we do not want them to drop the residual now, but lowering the CAP would help as it would lessen the deficiency and make the "effective sale" more in line with economies of scale.

Likely not ever going to happen , just another of many reasons to REDEEM the car from the finance company.

Tell you what, leave me out of your little b!tchfest.
I wished you luck getting the car back in more than one post, despite the fact that I didn't agree with you pandering and looking for sympathy on a internet message board.

Are you kidding? Did you actually read that thread, dumbass? And trying to make these claims when I simply posted a funny .gif image is pathetic.

So you serve hot dogs to actors? Honestly, this is probably one of the more delusional things I've seen somebody state. So he's somehow indebted to you because GM Corporate has lost its competitive edge in the automotive market? That's ridiculous coming from, of all people, you.

So again, good luck getting the car back, Perry-focking-Mason.

You should have been more honest in your intent, you and your two buddies from the Viper forums came here in this thread for one purpose, to muck it up and act like ten year olds.
As far as your opinion I respect it and have no problem understanding it.

Anybody who says hail Hitler , that he hates the president and loves Hitler, is dangerous . You are associated with this person as an internet bud, you offered no criticism and joked right along.

So again, good luck getting the car back, Perry-focking-Mason.

Juicee,
Seriously, ignore the detractors. We are all grown-ups and understand the risk of lending money to someone. If someone doesn't want to lend their money, fine, but others don't have a problem with it.

We're just happy to know you'll be getting your car soon.

This thread has turned into absolutely what I mentioned earlier and also what I got banned from Lambo Power for saying: Instead of being negative and showing the worst of yourself, keep it to yourself and let this situation play out.

Something I have really seen this past year is the true character of a lot of people is being shown not just here on this forum, but in life period. When bad situations arise the maladjusted and inept are separated from the real people quickly.

Juicee, be sure to get your car, post pics, and pay the people back so these naysayers can shut up and go back where they came from. You guys can sit up and kick a man and say shoulda, coulda, woulda, but it happened. A lot of people were hurt by that boycott and not just him. Instead of wasting time posting negatives, and posturing, make sure you have your ducks in a row. It could be you next.

Sorry, couldn't disagree more. Sometimes you need to hear it when you've been a moron. If you have the audacity to ask people online for money, don't be surprised when a few people that do exercise fiscal restraint give you a hard time. Its a common sense thing that a lot of america forgot. And maybe instead of bail outs, and hand holding, someone needs to sit these people down, slap them a few times, and tell them to use more sense next time. Otherwise, the chances they will learn are slim.

Maladjusted and inept? Its pretty presumptious to state that those that don't think lending money to random strangers online is wise are maladjusted and inept, as opposed to conservative and cautious. That said, when did you get your degree in psychology?

And no need to worry, my ducks are in a row. I have years worth of expenses saved in liquid products as most people with substantial personal financial knowledge do.

Accountability is not a bad word!!!

juicee-good luck with everything. I'm fairly new to mbworld but I've seen many of your posts with all of the invaluable information you provide. I also see the love that "most" members of the forum are giving you. I hope I have friends like these if I'm ever in need. Things happen that are sometimes out of our control and it takes a humble person to put their business out here and ask for help!!! That's why you received so much help and positive responses from your true friends. Next time I'm in Cali, I'm gonna hit you guys up and hopefully see some of these awesome whips in person!!!

Hmm, but then why do you have to be the teacher? That's what I really don't get here. Why are you emphasizing your own position in life? Why do you have to do that? I'm guessing someone who might be a bit more self confident would just turn the other cheek. Why even say you "have liquid products?" What are you really trying to say with that? If you are well-off than fine, but no reason to wear a card.

I dunno, but I just don't go around advertising that my "ducks are in a row" to the rest of the world. What's really the point? I know where my own ducks are and that's all that matters. It's nobody else's business.

Why don't you just ignore it? Why do you feel you have to "slap [him] a few times?"

Oh, well. Whatever floats your boat, I guess. If it makes you feel better about yourself, then fine. But you should be able to just look the other way. That's what I don't understand in the first place.

Very reasonable question, and maybe I can provide some insight.

I for one am tired of the entitlement that certain people in this country feel. No one is "owed" a 5,000 square foot house, an AMG mercedes, or a college education. I make it a point to be fiscally responsible, and time and time again, this country seems to reward those that aren't. Why do I have to be the teacher? Well, if I'm not, then who will be? Parents? the Government? Their financial advisor? Even if my giving someone a hard time changes one person's mind about signing the dotted line on something they can't really afford, I feel I've actually helped someone. It seems like no one wants to step up and say, "hey america, stop buying **** you can't afford, stop acting like someone owes you something, and start taking responsibility for your actions".

Also, the only reason I discussed the location of my ducks was to prevent the onslaught of, "well, you can't afford x y or x, and you're probably in debt, blah blah". It is not meant to be bragging, as there are many individuals on here that are far more well off than I.

Dude, duh, he's trying to show you (and the rest of the forum), have financially wise he is-- how much better then you he is. He could weather the financial storm for years, thus he's the *bigger* man so to speak. He's stroking himself. It's beyond him how if he could do something, no one else can follow; his higher intelligence doesn't allow for mistakes or excuses and to him (and a couple of the other tools roaming around here), calling Juicee63 out is just there way of making themselves feel better.

That's his point.

I personally have no idea how Juicee63 losing his job to a strike makes him a moron. But I guess he needs to hear it according to Oliver.

To OliverK, you know for someone of such high nobility and intelligence , I think you lack some basic comprehension skills. Maybe you need to take a class at some community college for comprehension-- and grammar (yes, America, is capitalized)?

When bigben320e said "maladjusted and inept" he wasn't referring to the cautious and conservative, he was referring to the people who are here just to talk ***** and kick others when they're down. If you don't want to offer help, then don't-- but don't brag to everyone about your "liquid assets" and how you could go for X amount of years without a job.

You again? I figured you would be out bolting mufflers to your rental car.

Its not about whose better. I wish every person in American (even took the time to capitalize it for you) had 6-12 months of liquid savings, so that families wouldn't be so devastated when they lost income for a while.

I have no need to make myself feel better...I feel just fine. Maybe it was different for you, but when I got a "don't do it again, ok" when I did something wrong, I was far more likely to repeat said activity than if I got a firm kick in the ***. It may not appear this way to simpletons like Akademiks (talk about a grammatical disaster), but I'm hoping Juicee will learn from this.

Juicee losing his job doesn't make him a moron. Not saving money for an emergency fund does. As do a few other things that don't need to be rehashed.

My comprehension is just fine and I haven't a clue where you came up with community college (I think NYU will do just fine).

Perhaps if you were more capable of reading through the lines, you would have realized that the ones giving Juicee a hard time are the ones that practice said financial discipline. Hence, those that are "kicking him while he's down" are maladjusted and inept.

We done?

Juicee losing his job doesn't make him a moron. Not saving money for an emergency fund does. As do a few other things that don't need to be rehashed.

My comprehension is just fine and I haven't a clue where you came up with community college (I think NYU will do just fine).

Perhaps if you were more capable of reading through the lines, you would have realized that the ones giving Juicee a hard time are the ones that practice said financial discipline. Hence, those that are "kicking him while he's down" are maladjusted and inept.

We done?
No more rental cars, for now. Why are you so mad I modified a rental? Did the couple bucks I spend on it really offend you? Or let me guess, I spent my money unwisely. But it's ok, I have "liquid assets" saved up so I don't worry about a measly 50 bucks; or this recession for that matter.

The one's kicking Juicee down are the b!tches who wouldn't say ***** to his face in real life. It's very easy to be an *** and preach your financial discipline bs behind a keyboard, but I highly doubt you'd go up to a full grown adult and tell them they're an idiot for not having the financial discipline you do and a moron for not saving as much money as they should-- you (and the rest of you dweebs) take the "harsh" route simply because you want to be a dick; I promise you, in person... the words would get ate.

220S-
Couldn't have said it better myself, 220S. I'm new to mbworld and didn't want to get into the debate about whether juicee is irresponsible financially. I don't feel he was irresponsible. $#!t happens and people get through it when they have good friends and family supporting them.

Question---How can anyone knock juicee for asking for help on a public forum when they themselves are advertising their own alleged net worth? If you're financially well to do, great. In my opinion, when people advertise what they have or advertise their financial stability it's a clear indication that they're making up for other inadequacies they may have. I'm sure there are several multi-millionaires who are members of this site and you would never know because they don't feel the need to disclose their net worth.

What makes this forum so great is that we all love nice vehicles. Some members have paid cash for their cars, some have used credit to finance their purchase. Does this change the fact that we are here to ask and answer questions and at times engage in other non-sensical b.s.? NO!

If there is something you don't agree with on the forum, make your point and move on. Or better yet, just don't read a particular thread. Debating issues is what we all do because everyone has a right to their own opinion. What I don't think we should do is kick a fellow member while he's down. There are members on this site who have become personally upset have begun to whine about the fact that Juicee has received so much support. They've become so intoxicated by their own "whine" that they say dumb things and kick people while they're down. Believe me, if these naysayers ever find themselves in the same position as Juicee, a snowman wearing a gasoline suit walking hand-in-hand with the devil through hell would have have a better chance than they would in getting any type of support from the members of this forum.

My intent isn't to offend anyone or say that someone is wrong for posting their ideas or opinions on the forum because that's exacly what I'm doing. The only difference is that I'm opining in a positive manner.

Good luck with everything Juicee. You have more supporters on the forum than dissenters.
