Man, this thread has a ton of topics in it. But one thread alone makes me feel good. Juicee is working! I'm thrilled that such a cool guy was able to survive such a hardship.
To those that helped, just kudos. You prove that the internet is not just fake and fun. The real person in each of you stepped up.
To those that attempt to belittle, it won't happen. Josh is as level headed as they come and straight up. His posts are the same things he would say to your face. Can the haters say the same?

I agree the life of the thread , is in the fact that many members here are "real" and do have hearts that terminate in three distinct points. Maybe instead of the pointed star, I will put the pointed heart on my hood!

Nice, but i don't know whether to be happy or sad for him. Hopefully he can make the repo service pay for the damages and missing items.

Well, it sounds like he did his homework and will put the screws to them. Just because you repo a car doesn't mean you have to be a bunch of douchebags and damage it. Bunch of *** thugs and knuckle draggers.

Time for some pictures to show the world what these a-holes did to the car!
Juicee....
I would turn the damage claim into your insurance company and let them subrogate the claim so don't have to deal with all the idiots. The insurance company has more time and resources to give these guys hell than you do.

Just got home, I have some video and pictures. What a day. (Im gonna post em in a few hours got to go to bed) sorry
1.Picked up car
2.Vehicle was jumped
3.Both rear wheels damaged, red concrete embedded in rims and chunks of rubber missing.
4. I ask Manheim employees "do you think I can drive on the tires?" sure!
5. I get in and lights are flashing, TPMS glowing red, AC not working, cooling seats broke, lights all blinking on and off.
6. I get on the 60 fwy headed west bound, just before Hacienda exit, both tires go flat, (rears). Within 5 minutes a tow truck is there he attempts to put air but they are not holding. He tells me there is a tire shop within 1-2 miles of me.
7. I jump in and drive just making it prior to complete flats.
8. No tires of 285/30/19, 295, 305, 275, finally we locate some Pzero's 295/30/19 , I get em mounted 3 hrs later.
9. battery is DEAD, and now I am locked out of the car. We attempt charge
10. Call Mercedes Benz roadside, Mercedes tech shows up from West Covina, battery is shot , replaced under warranty!!! woohoo.
11. it is now 5pm and I need to be at work 530pm. Go straight to work.
Nothing in the car , even the NAVIGATION DVD was missing. All carpets pulled, plastic covers opened, snapped off. bluetooth cradle ripped out , puck gone, ipod gone , gun gone, money gone, they did leave my starbucks cup and some diapers under the seat.
There are pieces of my car inside that I do not know where they came from. My passenger floor mat was exposing some electronics that I had never seen , all my tools gone, jack, tire iron, tow hook, pump, there were sets of bolts that were removed from the interior that are just sitting in the cup holder. They marked all over the windshield, scratched my door, oh my the front spoiler is yellow completely raw from being dragged.
It was an awful day, on the bright side I have the car and can hopefully get it back to normal.
You guys were right about them ripping through the car, it was worse than I imagined.
Manheim only charged 120 for storage and they had a key made and gave it to me, so that was great.
There was some liquid that looks as if a can exploded in the car, Im not sure it will come off the leather.
I will update with some pics after I sleep. I just got home from filming at Dodger Stadium, I do Love the feel of the new 295's, and it was so amazing to drive that car after driving my 95 accord with glass packs. LOL
My rights were trampled, and I promise this is not the end.

Damn man...really sucks to hear they violated the car like that. I only have to wonder why they would literally rip through the car, unless they are just thieves to begin with?

Out Of Control!!
I'm glad you got your car back! It sucks they screwed it up so much, unofrtunately I kinda knew that was goingto happen. Happens to pretty much all the auction cars

Because Juicee posted on a public forum with 100,000 members that he had his gun, some cash, and other expensive stuff hidden in the vehicle.
The minute I read his original posts, I shot him a PM and an email telling him to delete those posts A.S.A.P., at least until he got the car back, but it was probably already too late.
I'm not criticizing him, because his car had just got repo'd and he was clearly upset and a little out of his head at the time. But still, word spreads.

Juice, at the time of repo, the agents are required to take into inventory any unattached items. Do they have any of your personal property?
Also the issuing bank when assigning a repossession, will issue a "hold harmless letter" to the agent making the agent hold the bank harmless for any damage that may be incurred during the repo if they choose to accept the assignment. So your first recourse would be with agent but if they refuse you can go after the bank. What about the auction? I can only imagine what people have had access to your car over the past month.
I have heard of some agents swapping out wheels, taking radios, seats, etc. Crazy stuff.
