has anyone bought these off ebay and suggestions or comments ? thanks

I purchased a set of front and rear rotors from iRotors for my W208 and had no issues whatsoever. Their pricing is not that bad, though I don't like the generic semi-metallic pads that they are throwing in with the setup. I would opt for Akebonos or EBC Reds. They basically buy blank rotors in bulk and then have a machine shop drill and slot them, though the zinc dichromate finish is a nice touch. See if they will sell you the rotors only and get your pads elsewhere...

My setup of choice are factory rotors with Poterfield R4-S pads as it combines improved performance with low cost and factory durability. The Evosport rotors are very good too but a large chunk of change so I skipped them as all I do is drive around town.

For $800 plus shipping thats not really that great of a deal.
The factory rotors for front and rear cost $460 total
The add $225 for the EBC red pads and you have your replacement brake parts for $685.
If you go with the akebono's then you'll be closer to the $800 price.
Porterfield's would put you closer to $900.

called local dealer earlier and they told me the fronts are $110ea and rears are $90ea so that only puts it at $400 for all four rotors that sounds like the path I'm going. thanks for the help everyone

That is odd. Do you know if those are list or discounted prices? The best price I could get was around $105 per corner with the list at $130.

well I might be buying them next week not sure yet I have to see what my shop bill will be but I gave him the make model and year then he asked for the vin. He said the fronts are $110ea and rears are $90ea I will get more details next week.
