Part No. 55-1035

Regular $1499
Spring Special - $1199
Save $300.

------------------------------------------------------

2. MidSection Pipe
.

Our MidSection pipe features:

- 3'' T409 Stainless Steel Piping
- Direct BoltOn to stock exhaust manifolds and stock mufflers.
- Will fit VRP, Evosport, Renntech or any other short headers that fit stock H-pipe
- Front inlet pipe is 2.5'' vs. 2'' stock. It is as big as it can be in order to work with shorty style flanges
- Front bends are modular, allowing full 3'' capability to mate to Kleemann Headers or any other custom design
- Will allow us to make a RACE version of our shorty header with 3'' collector body
- Has all four O2 sensor bungs. We can turn-off CELs with Powerchip software
- X-pipe adds nice exotic sound
- Fits CLS55, E55s, CLS63 and E63s

Regular $1349
Spring Special - $1199
Save $150

For HiFlow 200 Cell Metal Core Converters please add $399

--------------------------------------------------

3. Converter Inlet Flange Kit

If you would like to retain your stock H-pipe, we also offer a flange kit that allows you to replace restrictive stock converter inlets. This kit comes with two custom made flanges already swedged on 2.5'' pipe and 2.5'' U-bend.
This kit will work on most V8 MB/AMG models from 1998-2007.

Regular $289
Spring Special - $239
Save $50

----------------------------------------------------

4. X-pipe.

X-pipe a 3’’ design that replaces stock factory resonator. It’s main benefit is improvement in exhaust sound. The pipe welds directly in place of factory resonator on E55, CLS55, E63 and CLS63. It can be made to fit on S55, S63 and can be used to replace secondary cats on SL55 and SL63s.
On 55s our X-pipe gives more European sound to the engine, vs. straight pipes that tend to make it sound like an American V8. On 63s, due to it’s 11.3:1 compression ratio, it adds a very nice, deep wide-open throttle roar, that it is sadly lacking from factory exhaust. Under cruise it is very mild, without any drone or resonance. Unlike universal X-pipes found on E-bay, ours is custom made to directly fit and is made from 409 stainless steel and comes with limited lifetime warranty against corrosion.

Regular $549
Spring Special - $379
Save $170

---------------------------------------------

Orders can be placed by phone - 949.584.4446 or email - vadim@fedordezyn.com.

And as always, thank you for listening.

Vadim,

Do you have the HEM for a 2006 E55 in stock? If not, what is the lead time on them?

Do you have a website up? I tried www.fedordezyn.com but that doesn't seem to work yet?

On your post above about the MidSection Pipe you stated "Will allow us to make a RACE version of our shorty header with 3'' collector body". Are you saying you have a HEM with a 3" collector instead of a 2.5"?

Josh

Sorry about the website, it will be running again today.

3'' has not been tested yet and will work best with cams and more boost.

Thanks, Vadim.

Mid Section

Vadim,

Any sound files with mid section on stock header and mufflers. Also any power gains to be expected with just mid section?

Not unless you have shorty headers. They are the first bottleneck in the exhaust.

Any sound files with mid section on stock header and mufflers.
Hopefully Alan will post some drive-by videos

I'd like to order the HEMs, but the service advisor (a very cool guy TBH) at my local MB dealer says that any modifications to the car will void the CPO warranty. This is aggravating and I don't see why a simple exhaust upgrade would void anything. I don't know how I can really dispute it with them, though.

Vadim, I too would like to hear a sound clip of the midsection on a 55K (ideally E55).

Looks like a quality piece and if the sound is right count me in.

I'll be hitting the track up very soon and I'll make sure to get a sound clip and video of my car. It truly sounds great.

Vadim, will the midsection with 200 cell converters throw any codes or cause problems passing smog?
