OK guys

came across this unholy beast of a car video.. M6 with EVO HEADERS
and ASR exhaust and yes X PIPE of course..

my favorite engine and exhaust sound is by far the AUDI S8 V10 or R8v10

I have heard probably over 1000 car exhausts in my time,,
this thing takes the cake , for intense earth shattering sound at least for a street car..


seriously sounds like the devil is coming out of the F**KING ground

reminds me of that cool 1970's movie THE CAR.. the exhaust sounds..
only thing missing is the horn..
the video is well done too, the low angle and the wind blowing the leaves around, its like a haunted town with nothing but this car ...around

keep in mind the quality of the microphone is not the best to you get some wind noise and sound baffling and reflection, I suspect its alot more knarly in person, but...

sounds awful.

when will exhaust makers and owners realize that every car in the world sounds like crap with no load.

Maybe it would sound better while driving under load, but just revving like that makes it sound like A) a motorboat, and B) raspy.

that lambo sounds very good. That M6 sounded like crap it sounds like a 1970's speed boat with a 454. if i had a high quality camera i would take a vid of my dads car it sounds like it came start off the track it has hyperflow cats with a X-ost muffler sounds amazing !!!

well agreed its not my favorite refined exhaust sound, but its intimadating and earth shaking,, which is why I said its the MOST INTENSE...

not the best sounding..

as I said the AUDI S8 V10 is my favorite and probably alot of others too which is why it was chosen for RONIN and TRANSPORTER movies

Sounds like ****. Listen to Vic55's exhaust for a real nice sound. A V10 M car with a good exhaust will sound like an F car.

That s8 with the Kreisegg sounds awesome but alittle too much for a luxury sedan, just doesn seem right on a car like that. Maybe on the new r8 v10

These are much better sounding M6s with the ASR Exhaust, The M5s sound the same as well. The RPi exhaust does a great job as well.

Forget aftermarket exhausts...the Zonda alone holds its own.

yeah I was thinking the same thing,, if he put the cats back on or some high flow cats would sounds slightly better

use of cell phone would be impossible.. vibrations could stimulate your date in the passenger seat and get her in the mood though,, thats 1 plus

yeah....... but its not just the V10,, its the Kreissieg valve tronic as well and high compression..
heard other cars with the Kreissieg and them sound similiar..
its the flow and the way the valves direct the exhaust somehow
cause it uses F1 technology.. makes they all sounds like Ferrari's and lambo's which is not a bad thing
