PIC REQUEST: SILVER PANO 55'S WITH BLACK GRILLS
My car is in the shop getting some details and im thinking about having the emblems and grill blacked out but i dont want to make the car look to "RACE" post up your pics if you have em!

when you say black out the emblems, do you mean gloss black? what kind of black would you use? I have been giving the emblems some thought on color. I have seen some cars come with this gun metal emblems, I think the lexus is300 special edition, and the fully loaded sport camery v6 , maybe solara v6 has them.
btw my rims are this gun metal black color , I think it would look "dope as hell" with the black pano roof, gun metal black rims and e55 amg v8 kompressor badges.
wow.. this idea just keeps growing, I wonder how the exhaust tips would look in gun metal black.

Bought new emblems from the dealership and had them (and the grill) painted at HMS in Garden Grove, CA. The painting was cheap but the emblems were definitely not.
On a side note, the V8Komp emblems are not put on E55's from the factory so they have to pull it from S55's to get the P/N at the dealership.
