I belive the size is measured as a diameter of the crank pulley. Dont know what size it is... check with Renntech and find out what they sell, or use a ruler?

Jaguar is a manufacturer, so belts are among the items they make. Depending on what size the pulley is, the tensioner should be able to compensate for the increased path length, but in most cases it is best to get an appropriately larger belt. Someone with an aftermarket pulley should be able to offer more detail on this.

the belt doesn't go round on the whole pulley, so the differ in size in which the belt contacts is not that much, for example, if u round the belt on the full pulley with 100mm diameter and then change it to 120mm the increase will be 20mm but if it was rounding on half of the pulley than the difference will be 10mm instead of 20mm of belt conntacting the pulley. and so go on.

in short words, it adds a small number of length on the belt, but that is not a big problem.

only thing u need is a heavy duty belt. but the stock one is already good and can handle it.

i hope u got what am saying

PS: Renntech pulley is 168mm

cheers
