Does anyone know who drives the black w211 amg with the e350 badges?

At first I thought it was an 2006 e350 with amg package but when you dusted me(And I do mean DUSTED!!) me on 70w when I crept up too close to your bumper to pass you, I knew NO way that could be a e350. Anybody know who drives a black e55 "rebadged" with a e350 emblem in or around the St.Louis area(or was visiting this past weekend)?? I just wanted to ask is it really a e350(maybe tuned to the MAX, which still is unbelievable) or is it a debadged e55 with e350 logo(and if so why ).

most regulars already know my car Atco, and i do usually have the hood up when i'm waiting in the lanes to let it cool down. i just say to mess around.

i am still on the fence about putting badges back on it...

Did it have 2 or 4 pipes? If 2, I doubt it was an E55... may be an E500/550?

ROFL! That's like someone debadging their S600/65 and saying it's a S350 or an imported S320 CDI. That's jokes though, I think its a great idea to debadge, especially for a non amg car like the 600s that run an insane powertrain and yet have very subtle cues. Did the car have the quad exhaust?

It was quad exhaust but you can't really base it on that..I mean anyone can convert their ride with e55 bumper and exhausts...but I was basing it on the acceleration. (And I should have wrote e550/500 not 350..my bad)

I still say anyone re-badging their car as something that it isn't is a straight clown a$$. This forum is full of thread talking about that! The de-badging gets the big thumbs up from me any day
