What dealership in NoVA?
Just curious which dealership most use in the NoVA area? Arlington or Tysons? Does anybody drive farther for one at a distance?

C55 AMG
NOVA Dealership.
I had my previous C230 Kompressor and my current C55 AMG serviced at American Service Center at Ballston. I have a good Service Advisor and the work has been done in a day or two. If they keep my car overnight they have always paid for a Mercedes loaner from next door at Enterprise.

I used them the first time, and had good results, but now after moving to Herndon its a bit of a hike. I dropped off my car at Tysons yesterday and so far I am not that impressed.

I purhcased my E500 from ASE in Arlington, even though i could have purchased in Tysons (esp living in Loudoun). Got a better deal at Arlington, and good service when i took the car in for warranty work. I'd drive the extra distance again for ASE in Arlington.

Never going back. ASC in Arlington is my second home. For the most part a good group.
Just a recommendation because I have had 2 thefts while my car was there, get your work done in 1 day and pick it up at the end of the day. Their overnight lot security is horrible.

a Rivera...via a Custom 24, Strat and Les Paul
I went to Benz Elite Automotive (in Alexandria)- great service - labor rates are less - owners are both master MB techs who used to work for ASC I believe.

So just out of curiosity...does anyone take their car to the dealership for the regular services? After seeing what they do I don't think I will be any longer, hahaha.

So I ended up getting my car back after two days from tysons only to have a CEL on the 4th of July. Took it back and they had to replace the intake manifold and gaskets. Cracked intake at 37K? Damn.
Anybody else have really crappy throttle response on their e63s in S mode?

Hmm, sorry that I didn't edit my messages because it was a long time ago. I wanted to say that they don't cover the factory(manufacturer) warranty so you have to go to the dealership to have that done. Benzelite of course back up their jobs, no problems before, just I wasn't clear with what I was trying to say..

Yep, I live by the Government Center. Hanging out in Tysons area and staying as far as possible from old town Ffx because of Ffx City cops are just horrible.

I know Emile and Eddie personally at Benz Elite Automotive in Alexandria. These are great guys, certified MB technicians, and do great work, cheaper then the dealership.
Out of the 4 Mercedes, that I have owned. 2 were purchased at MB of Alexandria, and 2 at ASC. Just looking at service, I would definitely say the ASC is better. More SA, technician and a larger dealership. But, MB of Alexandria is a decent dealership, don't throw in the towel on them just yet. They have taken care of my issues, so far. It's good that, I know the Service Manager. But that's not the point, the point is that their a Mercedes Benz dealership, some are better then others, you decide for yourself. I have never had an issue with them.
