Ever see 305s on E55 ??

Ever see 305s on E55 ??
I know I said I was going to post pics a while ago but been forgetting about it.
305/35/18 Nitto 555r Drag Radial mounted on 18x9.5 CLS wheels
My car is lowered on adjustable links alot and these rub a bit on the outside when the car is in the low setting going over dips. No rub on the inside - which is what I was afraid of. I think that if i was stock height these would not rub.My 19" HREs with 275/35/19 rub more because I didn't go down to a 30 profile and stayed at 35.
I only got one pass in on these as it was a crappy night at Atco. Cut a 1.80 60' and went 11.66 which is so far my best. I know these can do better with a bit more practice and messing with tire pressure

we dont' normally run 305s on the E class. i have not seen anyone else try this since i've been on the forum.
hey Brett !! those were actually before we detailed it.....from when i drove it down to VA Beach couple weeks ago. it was shiny for a while but it just kept raining and raining, all the jersey bugs didnt help last weekend. tires are coming thursday so maybe i'll still make it to Atco for a few runs.
