335i (jb3 tune) vs CLS55
My cousin just raced a CLS55 from a dig like 30 minz ago and he uploaded the video.

I was just hanging out there for a few days. I ran a EVO at a light and it took off on me due to bad launch by me and I started gaining but not as quickly as I thought. I asked him if hes modded he said "yeah I have a few things nothing major". As I was talking to him a CLS55 floors it past us, I go after him we go at it and get stuck at a red light. I took off traction and got too excited, on GREEN I went sideways and the CLS took off on me. I don't know whats going on but S.I people like to RUN lolol. My cuz in the 335i was behind me the whole time watching in amazement how all of this is happening.

They are all over the dam place thats the funny part. They seem to only pull ppl over with tints up there.

i have 15% all around and i had 50% on my winshield blk on blk car i got pulled over 3 times a week for 1 month. then i got tired of getting pulled over so i took off the front winshield tint. i miss it
yo you like my boys c63 do. thats one hot car. he dont care 35% winshield. 15% all around all lights black including headlight and fogs now.

My friend just lost a race in his modded 350Z to a "stock" 335i. When we ran against a real stock one, he was neck and neck with a slight advantage. This 335 gave him the jump and proceeded to real him in and pass him with ease.

Pardon the ignorance here since I only have an N/A V10 BMW but what is the JB3 exactly (I know its a tune) but are there other parts to make the car this fast sort of like the HKS GT570 which involves many parts?
I guess what is this company- how much and what is needed if one was to get a 335i. Thanks

That CLS needs to turn it's ESP off.
From a dig I'd have left 100ft of smoking tire tracks minimum.

The company is Burger Motorsports, you can check out their website. The JB3 is just a piggyback (Plug and play) for the ECU and there are about 14 mpas to choose from with the JB3 0-7 being regular maps and 8-14 being race maps only. Obviously the higher the number then more power u produce and the higher the map the more supporting mods that are usually required.
Also the JB3 is only like 500 bucks. Terry is the name of the tuner you would want to contact or go on his forum which is named N54tech.com, some really good info there.
I am currently testing the Beta board which is not released to the public yet but its a "unlocked" board which means you can run upwards of 18psi with it if you choose. You also get more HP and TQ on the regular maps. Hope this helped..........

Terry's chip is badass for 335is, 350+rwhp and torque just with that chip alone, excluding intake, downpipes, etc. Race Gas JB3 cars with intake and downpipes already did 440rwhp with Dual Cone Intake (DCI), Downpipes, exhaust and a better intercooler. Very Nasty and easy to mod indeed. There's a reason why many don't get an E9x M3 and just get a 335i add a Juicebox chip and are already in M3 competing territory.

The M6 is sort of a fluffer for the two, if you will, as its shining moments are over 100 mph IMHO. I never drive the IS-F.

Favorite? Its tough but it falls between the 997TT (modded to circa 600 hp) or the GT-R (HKS GT570 and Cobb tune). On the days I drive the GT-R I slowly start to miss the 997TT and vice a versa. The GT-R is great when you want to go fast and dont feel like you need to have as much human input; the car drives itself and really instills some courage. The 997TT is still the truly driver involved beast requiring human input and chassis knowledge but you get more out of the experience. The GT-R is slightly faster thru all ranges from a dig to top end.

Nice, my friend has a GT2 RUF that is completely raced out, extremely close or if not a cup car as is. I have road in that car and realize how much of a drivers car a porsche can be, lol. the car rides like its on rails..... You mind if I ask what you do for a living? If you like you can PM me. I am really hoping I can afford a used GTR for my next car but this lease on the 335i isn't up for another 2 years.

How long have you been running the "turbo melter map"? Do you have full supporting mods and use race gas?
