if you look carefully on the tire's sidewall, it should indicate somewhere what the optimum tire pressure (or range of pressures) is.
45psi sounds absurdly high. in my door jam, it says the rears should be at 35 and fronts at 32 (for a c32 though). if you look at your door jam, it will also give you an idea of what it was supposed to be for the stock tire. 45 does sound way too high though. fear of explosion IMO

The 35 and 32 PSI are for the 18" wheels.
I could be wrong
