ok radio flew out of the dash at the strip tonight
wtf,scared me and messed up my run,How does this thing stay in?has this happened to anyone else?

I got some drag radials and the take off made my nav fly off onto the shifter.

ran a 12.4 at 113 but let off a little while it happened,then it started raining again.

I have no idea what would cause that to happen! Did you just get you car serviced between when you last went to the track and now?

A good run even with the Command Unit on your hand…

Im serious,the thing is huge and I cought it with one hand as I thought the pass air bag was going off,paused and realised I was in the middle of a good run and got on the gas again lol.

It looks like it has some hooks behind it but i cant figure out how it stays in there.

The only service Iv had is a new S/C pump

If I only had an inside cam,I got the best launch Iv ever had and was like ohhh **** wtf,ohh damn I hooked up good and smashed the gas again.

...stuff like this happens when people don't tighten the screws that hold in the comand...nothing weird about it - just a simple half-*** job...

AS mbenznl said- there are screws that hold it in. You need a special screwdriver.

I've had the sunroof shade do the recoil thing on takeoff, but the RADIO ?

lmao on my Z my radio flew out too, and the cd's in my vanity mirrors came shooting out hitting my head while i was running the 1/4....

it was a 1.90 60 ft but I kinda let off once it happened,this is also a stock car and I have a pulley on the way.
