2006 E55
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2006 E55 with 18k miles and WOW............. This car is stupid fast.
I had the service advisor drive it and they are going to reprogram the trans. it shifts a little harsh and the brakes or tires vibrate some. It's still under factory warranty so it should not be a problem.
What kind of upgrades do you new E55 brothers recommend?
Thank You

Welcome to the community, but I dont think brakes are covered by any warranty.

Welcome...to the slippery slope called AMG Torque Addiction. I suggest taking about an hour or so and do a search function on the W211 AMG subforum for modifications threads...

Probably a best place to start and to give you a push over that slippery slope...is pulley/ECU (stage 1)...look at Kleeman, Evosport, VRP, Renntech, LET, etc...

After that you can go as far as your wallet, patience, and good sense takes you...G/L. I've already been through the journey you have are starting.....Thank God I made it...

Now don't go fooling people into thinking that the search function on this forum works

4 wheeled car.
The E55 is by far the most popular Benz ever to power hungry drivers. Such an incredible car! I love mine to death! Enjoy yours, there are tons of stuff you can do to it!!

E55 Estate
So why is this the only forum that the search does not work? I have tried many times with no luck.
